Multi i/o elements

Elements like e.g. the buzz 808 generate multiple sounds at once, but buzz allows only to connect to the mixed sum-signal. We could possibly offer a port-expander later. Default would be connect to mixed-out, alternatively one could also unfold that and connect to specific outs (if the machine supports that).
